We are looking for an talented Assistant Project Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to perform on a variety of engineering/ project management duties related to coordination, quality checks, reporting, planning and delivering.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects under the guidance of the Project Manager.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures on-site.
Requirements:
Proven experience in construction project management or a related role.
Familiarity with construction industry regulations and standards.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
