We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. As an integral part of our banking operations, the Office Assistant will play a key role in maintaining efficient day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to the banks office, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Assist in handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service by addressing queries and concerns.
Manage communication channels, including phone calls and emails, to facilitate effective internal and external communication.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions, customer interactions, and other relevant information.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall departmental goals and objectives.
Ensure the office space is well-organized and supplies are adequately stocked.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.).
