We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests comfort by maintaining clean, organized, and well-presented rooms. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a welcoming and hygienic environment for our guests during their stay.
Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
Change bed linens, replace Towels, and restock guest room amenities.
Vacuum, dust, and sanitize all surfaces in guest rooms and common areas.
Arrange furniture and furnishings in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the appropriate department.
Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures.
Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests.
Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless and positive guest experience.
Assist with the hotels laundry services as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar role.
Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods.
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of hotel cleaning standards and procedures is a plus.
