Become an integral part of our team as an Inventory Assistant! We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage inventory operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in tracking and maintaining stock levels.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet demand.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing incoming stock.
Update and maintain accurate inventory records.
Coordinate with other departments for inventory needs.
Generate reports on inventory levels and movements.
Identify and report slow-moving or obsolete stock.
Implement and maintain efficient inventory management practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Inventory Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with inventory management software.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to lift and move heavy items
Knowledge of inventory control best practices.
