We are currently seeking a dedicated and meticulous Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and order within our establishment. The Housekeeper plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests through impeccable housekeeping services.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping, to maintain a clean and organized environment.
Make beds, change linens, and ensure that guest rooms are well-prepared for incoming visitors.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring all amenities are replenished and in good condition.
Empty trash containers and replace liners, ensuring proper disposal of waste.
Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and lounges.
Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor for prompt resolution.
Handle and report lost and found items according to established procedures.
Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests or concerns.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
