Responsibilities:
Assist students during boarding and exiting the school bus.
Ensure students are seated safely and wearing seat belts.
Maintain order and discipline on the bus
Collaborate with the bus driver to address any issues or concerns.
Assist students with special needs as required.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip safety checks.
Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and school staff.
Follow and enforce school bus safety policies.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience and ability to handle varying student behaviors.
Physical ability to assist students with boarding and exiting the bus.
Willingness to undergo background checks and required training.
High school diploma or equivalent
