Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for guests.
Change bed linens, make beds, and replace Towels and amenities according to established guidelines.
Dust and vacuum guest rooms and common areas regularly.
Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
Follow established procedures for handling and disposing of linens, trash, and cleaning supplies.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Ability to work efficiently and independently with attention to detail.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that may require lifting and carrying supplies.
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning supplies.
