We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales department, driving team performance, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and implementing strategies for improvement.
Collaborate with the sales manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics.
