Operate telephone switchboard to manage incoming and outgoing calls.
Answer and direct calls promptly and courteously.
Provide information, take messages, and relay messages to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain accurate call logs and records of messages.
Handle emergency calls following established procedures.
Ensure proper functioning of telephone equipment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a telephone operator is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously.
Basic computer skills.
