Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately.
Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and provide information about hotel amenities.
Handle reservations and cancellations, ensuring accuracy in booking details.
Process payments and issue receipts
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Collaborate with housekeeping and other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist in a hotel is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and basic computer skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism.
High school diploma or equivalent
