Handle inquiries and direct individuals to the appropriate contacts.

Ensure a positive customer service experience for all visitors.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and telephone systems.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
