Telesales Representative Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.

Present and explain products/services to prospects with a focus on benefits and value.

Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Effectively handle objections and provide accurate information.

Update customer information in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales team to meet overall company goals.

Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Resilient and persistent with a positive attitude.

Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
