Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance:
Greet customers and assist them in finding products.

Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
Sales and Upselling:
Actively engage customers to promote and sell products.
Upsell and cross-sell additional items to maximize sales opportunities.
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about product specifications, features, and benefits.
Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on product usage.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and restock merchandise on the sales floor.
Ensure accurate product pricing and labeling.
Visual Merchandising:
Assist in maintaining an appealing and organized sales floor.
Participate in visual merchandising activities to attract customer attention.
Cash Handling:
Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment securely.
Customer Relationships:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
Promotions and Events:
Participate in promotional events and sales campaigns.
Implement strategies to boost sales during peak seasons.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with team members and management to achieve overall sales objectives.
Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive work environment.
Loss Prevention:
Monitor and prevent theft or loss of merchandise.
Adhere to security and loss prevention policies.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
Proven experience in retail sales or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-focused approach with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items.
Knowledge of the products or industry is beneficial.
