Receptionist Required in Dubai

As a Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your role involves managing the front desk, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive and professional experience for all guests.

Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service to clients, guests, and employees.

Address inquiries and provide accurate information or assistance.

Appointment Scheduling:

Schedule and confirm appointments for clients or internal staff.

Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate conference calls as needed.

Administrative Support:

Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.

Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.

Communication:

Relay messages to relevant personnel and ensure effective communication within the organization.

Handle internal and external inquiries promptly and professionally.

Visitor Management:

Register and issue visitor badges to guests.

Ensure security protocols are followed for visitors entering the premises.

Clerical Duties:

Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Keep updated records of contact information and staff whereabouts.

Multitasking:

Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as answering phones while assisting walk-in visitors.

Manage time efficiently to prioritize tasks effectively.

Problem Resolution:

Address and resolve minor issues or complaints from clients or visitors.

Escalate more complex concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Technology Proficiency:

Use office equipment, including computers, printers, and phone systems.

Proficiently use office software for tasks such as email correspondence and document creation.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in using office equipment and computer software.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
