Assist in the maintenance and management of IT equipment and peripherals.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement system upgrades and improvements.
Offer training and guidance to users on IT-related topics.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with network configurations and protocols.
Customer service-oriented with good communication skills.
IT certifications (e.g, CompTIA A +, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
