Responsibilities:
Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and programs.
Create a positive and nurturing atmosphere for children to learn and grow.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding
Change diapers and assist with toilet training as needed.
Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on children activities and development.
Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom/play area.
Follow licensing regulations and safety protocols.
Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, flexibility, and a love for working with children.
CPR and first aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
