Responsibilities:
Process customer orders and transactions accurately.
Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station.
Collaborate with the cafe team to ensure a positive customer experience.
Keep accurate records of sales and transactions.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a cashier, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting.
Strong numerical and communication skills.
Ability to handle cash and operate a cash register.
Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing.
