Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and product information requests.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude.
Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs.
Maintain a clean and organized customer service area.
Provide information about promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.
Assist in training new customer service staff as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle cash transactions and use point-of-sale systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a hypermarket or retail setting is a plus.
Familiarity with hypermarket products and services.
Multilingual skills may be an advantage.
