We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our hotel team as a Reservation Agent. The Reservation Agent will play a crucial role in managing hotel bookings, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a seamless reservation process for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Manage and process hotel reservations through phone, email, and online channels.
Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, and hotel facilities.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve booking-related issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reservations.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate guest needs.
Promote special packages and offers to enhance guest experience.
Monitor room availability and make recommendations for maximizing occupancy.
Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Reservation Agent or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in using reservation software and hotel management systems.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of local attractions and services.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
