We are seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The Human Resources Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with Human Resources policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Conduct recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, and interviews.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Provide guidance on Human Resources policies and procedures to employees.
Assist in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Administer Human Resources -related documentation, such as contracts and policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Coordinate training and development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Human Resources Specialist or in a similar Human Resources role.
Strong knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional Human Resources certification (e.g, SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
Previous experience in Human Resources software and systems.
Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
