We are looking for a friendly and organized individual to join our hotel team as a Receptionist. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and reservations.
Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Provide information about hotel facilities and services.
Answer phone calls and redirect them as necessary.
Handle guest complaints and concerns with a positive attitude.
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in using hotel management software.
Knowledge of local attractions and services.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is a plus.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
