Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to hotel recipes and standards.
Ensure the quality and presentation of food meets the hotels expectations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow.
Monitor and manage kitchen inventory and supplies.
Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations in food preparation.
Assist in menu planning and development
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cook in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Creativity in food presentation and flavor combinations.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
