We are hiring a capable, self-motivated, energetic candidate as a store Supervisor, while working as a Store Supervisor you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in managing the team's performance and schedule, providing an exceptional guest experience, managing stock in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures.
Responsibilities involves:
>> Follow all the policies and procedures of the company, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure that work is done in a systematic and consistent manners.
>> Manage / Execute and take part in events and organized the activities with minimal supervision.
>> Stay up-to-date of latest trends by products or competitors as well as share feedback with store manager or relevant stakeholders in the back-office team.
>> Good skill Manage the team and support
>> Create a positive work environment based on trust, respect and fairness and be the voice of the employees when needed by sharing any of their feedback, challenges and concerns with the store manager and HR teams.
>> Must be in Dubai or able to commute
>> Salary 2000 - 4500 (depends upon experience)
