We are looking to hire a young and dynamic individual as an Human Resources Assistant for our Human Resources department.
As an Human Resources Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and handling the day-to-day Human Resources activities. You will also be responsible for identifying any payroll issues and miscalculations. In addition to this, you should be able to update and maintain employees details in both online and offline mode.
Responsibilities
Organizing orientation programs for new employees.
Updating the employees details in the database.
Implementing and updating the benefits and compensation policies.
Helping in the annual performance review process.
Checking payroll details and resolving any payroll issues.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
3 + Years of working experience as an Human Resources Assistant, Human Resources Coordinator, or a similar role in the Human Resources department.
Extensive understanding of human resources life cycle.
