Take the lead in our retail operations by joining us as a Store Supervisor in Dubai. We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to oversee store activities, manage the team, and ensure excellent customer service.
Position: Store Supervisor
Location: Dubai
Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Train, motivate, and lead a team of store staff.
Monitor inventory levels and order merchandise as needed.
Ensure proper merchandising and display of products.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Store Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
