Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism and hospitality.
Requirements:
Previous experience in hotel customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Familiarity with hotel operations and services.
Ability to handle challenging situations with grace.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
