We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an IT Support Specialist. The IT Support Specialist will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems, and resolving IT-related issues.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
Assist in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure.
Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Create and update documentation for common technical procedures.
Conduct user training sessions on IT-related matters.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in IT support or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
Familiarity with hardware components, software applications, and networking.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Relevant IT certifications (e.g, CompTIA A +, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
