Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and positive attitude.
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Manage reservations and ensure accurate room assignments.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs.
Process payments, issue room keys, and maintain accurate guest records.
Assist in coordinating special requests and services for guests.
Ensure a high standard of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of hotel systems and software is a plus.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
