Data Entry Back Office Staff Vacancy in Dubai

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient individual to join our team as a Back Office/Data Entry Clerk. As a vital part of our administrative support, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data, ensuring smooth and efficient back-office operations.

Responsibilities:

Input and update data into databases, spreadsheets, or other systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Verify and correct data entries, ensuring data integrity and completeness.

Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, documents, and records.

Assist in generating reports, charts, and summaries based on the entered data.

Perform regular data quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Assist other departments with data-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).

Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
