Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and timely data entry into the company database.
Assist with general office tasks, including filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation.
Coordinate with colleagues to support overall office efficiency.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
Requirements:
Previous experience in data entry and office assistance is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proactive and willing to take on various responsibilities.
