We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Help Desk Administrator. The Help Desk Administrator will play a crucial role in providing technical support and ensuring the efficient operation of our IT systems.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
Log and track support requests using a ticketing system.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Create and update documentation for common technical procedures.
Conduct user training sessions on IT-related matters.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Help Desk Administrator or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
Familiarity with hardware components, software applications, and networking.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Relevant IT certifications (e.g, CompTIA A +, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.

Availability to provide on-call support, if needed.
