We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our Human Resources team as an Human Resources Assistant. The Human Resources Assistant will play a key role in supporting Human Resources functions and ensuring the smooth operation of human resources processes.
Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist in benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries.
Help organize and coordinate training sessions and events.
Assist in performance review processes and maintain related documentation.
Handle general Human Resources inquiries and provide information to employees.
Support Human Resources projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Human Resources or administrative roles is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of Human Resources principles and practices.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Human Resources certification (e.g, PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
