As a Logistic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our logistics operations, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments, including processing orders and maintaining shipping records.
Collaborating with logistics and warehouse teams to organize inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
Coordinating transportation arrangements and liaising with carriers or freight forwarders.
Monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise.
Assisting in the optimization of logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Maintaining accurate documentation and reports related to logistics activities.
Providing administrative support to the logistics team, including data entry and filing.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
Familiarity with logistics software and systems (e.g, ERP, inventory management software).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
