Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions.
Process returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently and courteously.
Provide information on promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.
Monitor checkout queues and ensure a smooth and timely customer flow.
Collaborate with other supermarket departments to address customer needs.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a supermarket or retail environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting.
Knowledge of supermarket products and layout is an advantage.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
