We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient individual to join our warehouse team as a Picking and Packaging Specialist. As a Picking and Packaging Specialist, you will play a crucial role in accurately selecting, preparing, and packaging products for shipment.
Responsibilities:
Pick and pack products according to customer orders and specifications.
Ensure accuracy in product selection and packaging.
Utilize scanning and inventory management systems to track products.
Organize and maintain a neat and orderly picking and packing area.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines.
Inspect and verify the quality of products before packaging.
Label packages accurately and complete necessary documentation.
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in picking and packing in a warehouse setting is preferred.
Familiarity with inventory management and scanning systems.
Attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately.
Physical ability to lift and move packages of various sizes.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic warehouse environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
