Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Manage reservations and assist with room assignments.
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a hotel receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in hotel management software (if applicable) and basic computer skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Professional appearance and demeanor.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
