We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an IT Support specialist. The IT Support role involves providing technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
Respond to IT-related inquiries and help desk tickets.
Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
Perform routine maintenance tasks and updates on systems.
Train end-users on proper use of hardware and software.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
Document and maintain records of IT support activities.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in IT support or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with help desk software and ticketing systems.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred.
