Responsibilities:

Assist with reservations, bookings, and transportation arrangements.
Handle inquiries, requests, and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk or area.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Stay informed about local attractions, services, and cultural events.
Ensure the safety and security of the premises.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Concierge or in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge of local attractions and services.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional and friendly demeanor.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
