Responsibilities:

Process transactions at the customer service counter.

Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced supermarket environment.
Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
Friendly and approachable demeanor.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
