Requirements:-
Previous experience in front desk or customer service roles, preferably in a hotel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of hotel booking systems and check-in procedures.
Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
