We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist at our hotel. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests and play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and policies.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Assist with reservations and room assignments.
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of hotel reservation systems is a plus.
Friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and grace.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
