We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources team as an Human Resources Assistant. The Human Resources Assistant will provide essential support in various Human Resources functions, contributing to the overall effectiveness of our Human Resources operations.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records and files.
Coordinate employee benefits and assist with inquiries.
Conduct initial screenings for job applicants.
Assist in organizing training and development programs.
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
Ensure compliance with Human Resources policies and procedures.
Assist in handling employee relations matters.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an Human Resources Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of Human Resources processes, procedures, and best practices.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
