Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
Collaborate with other IT team members on larger projects and initiatives.
Assist in the implementation of IT security measures and protocols.
Keep accurate records of IT issues and resolutions.
Stay updated on new technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an IT Support professional or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Relevant certifications (e.g, CompTIA A +, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
