Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage and organize office operations by maintaining supplies, equipment, and office space.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up tasks.
Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records.
Assist in managing office expenses and budget tracking.
Perform general clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
Support other team members and departments with administrative tasks as required.
