We are seeking a professional and customer service orientated Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain a clean and tidy reception area
Manage and distribute mail, emails, and deliveries.
Perform various clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
Ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar customer facing role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
Solid organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
