We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources (Human Resources ) team as a Human Resource Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide valuable support in various Human Resources functions, ensuring the smooth operation of Human Resources processes and contributing to an efficient and positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
Coordinate new employee onboarding, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and assisting in training sessions.
Maintain employee records and update Human Resources databases with new hire information and changes in employment status.
Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, answering employee queries, and supporting benefit-related activities.
Support Human Resources -related documentation, such as employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, events, or training programs.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding Human Resources policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist in performance management tasks, including performance reviews and tracking employee evaluations.
Collaborate with the Human Resources team to ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
