Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Provide information, answer queries, and resolve issues for customers.
Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow communication Scripts and guidelines to address customer needs.
Collaborate with team members to meet performance and service targets.
Stay updated on product/service information to provide accurate assistance.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
High school diploma or equivalent.
