We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our sales team as Telesales Representatives. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, promoting our products or services, and closing sales deals.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Present and explain products or services to prospects.
Answer customer questions and address concerns.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies.
Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain client relationships.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in telesales or a related sales role is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Persuasive and confident with strong negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
