Responsibilities:
Input and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and other software systems with speed and accuracy.
Verify and review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information, and correct as necessary.
Maintain and organize electronic and hard copy filing systems.
Prepare and compile reports, presentations, and summaries based on collected data.
Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding data entry processes and information accuracy.
Assist in managing and organizing documentation, records, and files.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient data management and information flow.
Follow company policies and procedures for data handling and confidentiality.
