We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our IT team as an IT Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
Collaborate with other IT team members to implement solutions and improvements.
Assist with the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure.
Respond to IT support tickets and provide excellent customer service.
Educate employees on IT best practices and troubleshoot user problems.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
Familiarity with operating systems, including Windows and MacOS.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
IT certifications (e.g, CompTIA A +, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
